Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2282), "insurance companies are to apply the coefficients of insurance rates whilst defining the rate of insurance payment taking into account occurrence or non-occurance of an insured accident through the insurer´s fault". Pursuant to the Bill, the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine is to conduct information base on the insured accidents through the fault of such persons.
A.Semynoha, People´s Deputy of Ukraine, believes that adoption of the Law will secure equal rights of the motor vehicles owners, and will give incentives for replacement of obsolete vehicles with modern and safer ones.
